MYO YIN CLASSES
Myo Yin combines Yin Yoga with rolling techniques, the aim is to release the tissue first and then stress (stretch) it in the yin posture.
Through the release, the muscular tissue and joints get freshly hydrated which allows smoother movements, improves circulation and releases pain and stiff areas.
CLASS FOCUS
INNER CONNECTIONS
When you hear of inner connections, what to think?
Connections of the tissue and muscles?
Your internal connection to your inner being?
Connections to special people around you?
What is YOUR first association with this topic?
Our life presents itself with endless connections in different aspects, the more connected we feel, the more it will reflect back to us from unexpected corners and color our life with joyful connected moments.
Don't we all aim for the feeling of being connected?
The classes will weave around the theme connections of body, mind and soul, in different interpretations, to give you the room to explore your inner connections a deeper, feel, stretch and expand them.
(Most classes will be a classic yin yoga sequence with the ball tucked under particular body parts.)

ABOUT MYOFASCIAL RELEASE
Different rolling methods stimulate the production of hyaluronic acid, which binds water into a gliding substance that changes the overall "gliding state" of our body. That lack of resistance allows the practitioner to experience the yin poses differently.
Long-lasting effects will stay when the release happens on a regular basis and will positively affect simple daily activities, but also benefit the overall perception of mobility.
The short term effect is perceivable, instantly after a practiced method and can last a couple of days, before the fascia system returns to the old state.
Other benefit is the stimulation and balancing of the Meridian system. The release of deep tissue, the home of the meridians, stimulates the energy/ blood flow much more compared to a single yin posture. The results are greater energetic balance, stronger rebounds, deep relaxation and positive affect of the nervous system.
