I am thrilled to have you on board for the next 3 special classes of Myo & Acu Yin Yoga.

About the course

Is this your first time Myo Yin?
Due to way of sequencing, you may love it or hate it as they could turn out quite intense.

But maybe worth trying it?!
Moving energy and bringing it back into balance is our goal.

In 5 classes of 90 minutes we will go deep! 

deep, intensive rolling and yin practice into specific muscles groups over and over again to really create a change is waiting for you.

Each time we come back to an area we create a deeper more intense experience in the next round.
The first layer of stiffness has passed and freed the way to deeper sections.

It is one of my favorite ways to sequence. ♡

  • 4 tennis balls + 1 Sock
    Have a look for softer balls as well.

    We will need 2 single balls and 2 balls in the sock tight together


  • Yoga Props
    Have yoga mats, blanket, blocks, bolster, strap ready to practice
