5 weeks Myo Yin Yoga
classes all around the 5 elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine. One week after the other, we will explore a new element and balance it through gentle self massage techniques and Yin Yoga.

Myofascial release techniques are extremly helpful to release deep muscluar tension. The benefits are felt immideately through better circulation, less pain, more hydration, more mobility and are appreciated by many.
In combination with Yin Yoga we manifest the state of the newly released tissue and carefully introduce new movement patterns.

4 tennis balls or similar
1 sock or twin balls/peanut
2 blocks
1 blanket
1 mat
