About the course

Moving energy is our goal and bringing it back into balance.

In 3 classes of 90 minutes we go through the horary cycle of the 12 main meridians practicing Yin Yoga incorporated with Myofascial release techniques on particular Acupressure points.

The double effect on stimulating and focusing on particular acupressure point and the release of tension in the respective muscular area has a deeply nourishing and relaxing effect.

"I love yin yoga and MyoYin.
As a runner (running distances up to 100miles) MyoYin is great for keeping my body in shape, injury free and ready to go. It is the perfect yin to my running yang."

-Rebecca

"I have fibromyalgia and an autoimmune disease on my muscles, there is always a level of
pain. So, after class I find myself with a sense of tranquility emotionally and the mobility
in my body is loosen up, relaxed and the pain is soothed. I’m able to move more freely."
- Claudia

I very much like the Myo yin practice. But also as a teacher, I teach the practice more and more. Your lessons are really helpful. Thanks for that!

- Caroline

After a Myo Yin class I feel balanced and grounded. I feel like I had a million dollar massage, love myo yin with Fran.

We have 12 principal meridian / energy channels named after the organs flowing through the body.

They follow a particular order in which they have a peak flushing time - they have the strongest flow for 2 hours - each session we practice along 4 meridians to finish an entire circle.

What is the meridian clock?

We stimulate the meridian by pressing into the acupressure points with the help of tennis balls.

What is Myo Yin?

Having a relaxed body, means you are having a relaxed mind.

Our body is our direct translator to every thought we think and will always give accurate feedback to our point of attention.
Myo Yin combines rolling techniques with Yin Yoga's long hold static poses
Different methods release tension and stiffness and transforms the body and mind.
